Dollar Index Update : 04 Oct 2021

The U.S.Dollar Index  is trading at 93.93 up with +0.17%  percent or 0.16 point.The Dow Futures is trading at 34,138.80 with +0.40% percent or +135.90 point.The S&P 500 Futures is trading at 4,317.90 with +0.41% percent or +17.40 point.The Nasdaq Futures is trading at 14,524.80  up with +0.36% percent or +52.70 point.



The U.S. dollar edged back toward a one-year high versus major peers on Tuesday ahead of a key payrolls report at the end of the week that could boost the case for the Federal Reserve to start tapering stimulus as soon as next month.



For the day the Dow is trading at 34,002.92 with a loss of 0.94%percent or +482.54 point. The S&P 500 is trading at 4,300.46 with a loss of  –1.30% percent or –56.58  point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 14,255.48 with a loss of –2.14% percent or –311.21  point.
