The S&P 500 Futures is trading at 3,346.88 up with +0.06% percent or +2.13 point.The Nasdaq Futures is trading at 11,122.80 with 0.00% percent or 0.00 point.


The dollar strengthened on Monday, including against the euro and the Swiss franc, as investors focused on fiscal stimulus in the United States and U.S.-China tensions ahead of key trade talks on Aug. 15.

The dollar index is recovering from a losing streak which saw it lose 4% in July. It picked up on Friday after jobs data calmed some fears about the U.S. labour market but still weakened on the week, for the seventh in a row.



For the day the Dow is trading at 27,433.48 up with +0.17% percent or +46.50 point. The S&P 500 is trading at 3,351.28 up with 0.063% percent or +2.12 point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 11,010.98  with a loss of -0.87% percent or -97.09 point.
