The U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 95.92 with a loss of -0.35% percent or -0.34 point.The Dow Futures is trading at 26,808.50 up with +1.20% percent or +317.50 point. The S&P 500 Futures is trading at 3,216.38 up with +1.03% percent or +32.78 point.The Nasdaq Futures is trading at 10,726.80 up with +0.76%  percent or +80.50 point.


The dollar fell in North American trade on Today as the euro rose on optimism about the possibility of a European Union stimulus package and as U.S. stocks gained.

The U.S. dollar index, which measures the safe-haven greenback against a basket of six rival currencies, was down 0.31% to 96.265. The weaker dollar was partly attributable to a move higher in the euro on hopes the European Union will agree on a rescue financing package that will limit the economic damage to the bloc from the coronavirus pandemic. The euro was up 0.47% at $1.139.


For the day the Dow is trading at 26,642.59 up with +2.13% percent or +556.79 point. The S&P 500 is trading at 3,197.52 up with +1.34% percent or +42.30  point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 10,488.58 up with +0.94% percent or +97.73 point.
