The U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 97.08  with a loss of -0.08% percent or -0.08  point.The Dow Futures is trading at 25,981.50 with a loss of -0.17% percent or -43.50 point. The S&P 500 Futures is trading at 3,102.75 with a loss of -0.14% percent or -4.35 point.The Nasdaq Futures is trading at 9,985.25  up with +0.02% percent or +2.25 point.


The U.S. dollar and Japanese yen held their positions on Thursday as concerns about a rise in new coronavirus cases underpinned demand for safe-haven currencies, while the Norwegian crown was a star performer.

The crown was the biggest mover among major currencies, rising after Norway’s central bank said the country’s economic prospects had improved more than expected in recent weeks and that its key policy interest rate would be kept unchanged for the time being.


For the day the Dow is trading at 26,119.61 with a loss of -0.65% percent or ?170.37 point. The S&P 500 is trading at 3,113.49 with a loss of –0.36% percent or ?11.25 point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 9,910.53 up with +0.15% percent or +14.66  point.
