US PRE MARKET

The US Dollar Index are trading at 92.95 with a loss of -0.09% percent or -0.08 point. The cac 40 index are trading at 5,120.91 with a loss of –0.12% percent or -6.11 point . The DAX Index are trading at 12,237.70 with a loss of –0.11% percent or –13.59 point. The EURO Stoxx 50 Index are trading at 3,472.34 with a loss of  –0.15% percent or -5.05 point.

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

U.S. government debt prices were lower on Wednesday as investors awaited fresh data releases.

The yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury notes sat higher at 2.273 while the yield on the 30-year Treasury bond was also higher at 2.874 percent. Bond yields move inversely to prices.

There are no auctions planned Wednesday.

In terms of data ADP employment figures are set for release at 0815 EST time. The report is often seen as a preview to the U.S. government’s monthly nonfarm payrolls report, which is set for release Friday.

Other data set for release Wednesday include oil inventories at 1030 EST time. Two Federal Reserve members are due to speak at 1100 and 1530 EST time

The S&P 500 closed at 2,476.35 for up with  +0.24% percent or +6.05 point. The Nasdaq Composite closed at 6,362.94 for up with  +0.23% percent or  +14.81 point.
