U.S INDEX MARKET

The U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 94.53 up with +0.25% percent or +0.24 point. The Dow Futures is trading at 24,235.00 with  a loss of -0.18% percent or  -44.00 point. The S&P 500 Futures is trading at 2,716.75 with  a loss of -0.20% percent or  -5.50 point.  The Nasdaq Futures is trading at 7,066.75 with a loss of  -0.10% percent or -6.75 point.

The dollar held near a one-week low against a basket of currencies on Tuesday as investors retreated to the sidelines while concerns grew about an intensifying conflict between the United States and its trade partners, particularly China.

The Chinese currency weakened to a fresh six-month low as expectations grew that Beijing will let the yuan weaken more in coming days to soften the impact of trade tariffs by the U.S.
