The U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 99.08 up with +0.06% percent or +0.06 point. The Dow Futures is trading at 26,027.50 up with +0.16% percent or +42.50 point. The S&P 500 Futures is trading at 2,885.88 up with +0.19% percent or +5.38 point.  The Nasdaq Futures is trading at 7,567.00 up with +0.27% percent or +20.75 point.


The dollar eased on Thursday, sliding to fresh one-week lows against the euro and yen as investor anxiety deepened over fresh signs of slowing U.S. economic growth and a broadening of global trade frictions.

The greenback fell overnight after data showed hiring by U.S. private employers had cooled in September, the latest indicator that the Sino-U.S. trade dispute is hurting the world’s largest economy.


For the day the Dow is trading at 26,078.62 with a loss of -1.86% percent or -494.42  point. The S&P 500 is trading at 2,887.61 with a loss of -1.79% percent or -52.64 point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 7,785.25  with a loss of -1.56% percent or  -123.44 point.
